Summary: Stargirl who was now living in Pennsylvania tells about her story in the world s longest letter which is actually a series of journal entries . She was new in town ,homeschooled and feeling rejected by Leo who broke up with her .She has a happy wagon where she keeps stones representing her level of happiness is alomost empty .But in her level of happiness is almost empty . But in her town ,she meet some new friends that make her happy wagon filled up. Main Characters: Susan "Stargirl" Caraway is a unusual and pecuilar girl who was now living in Pennsylvania and she was now living in Pennsylvania .She was now homeschooled and feelign rejected by Leo . Dootsie Pringle is the lovable 5 years old who becomes Stargirl s best friend. Dootsie dislikes Alvina but gets along with her .Dootsie also like to play with Stargirl s pet rat Cinnamon . Alvina Klecko is a aggresive and tomboyish 11 years old girl who gets along with Stargirl .She works as a sweeper in Margie s Donut Shop . She likes to beat up boys because the boys always bullying her . Betty Lou Fern is a middle aged woman who has agoraphobic and divorced.She hasn t step out of her house for nine years . Perry Delloplane is a dark hair and blue eyes boy .He sometimes sleeps on a roof .He steals to live and look for useful itens in the Dumpster and also steals part of Stargirl s life . Settings: Stargirl s home ,Dootsie s home ,Betty Lou s home ,Margie s Donut Shop and the park is the places where the main characters always go .In Stargirl s home, Dootsie came to Stargirl s home to play . In Dootsie s home ,Stargirl came because Stargirl needed to babysit Dootsie .In Betty Lou s home, Dootsie and Stargirl came to her house evry Monday to eat donuts that were delivered by Alvina .
